Using PatPaw
PatPaw helps pet owners and carers connect, discuss care needs, and manage requests, applications, bookings, services, and messages. You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate.
Pet care arrangements
Owners and carers are responsible for agreeing on care details, timing, location, expectations, and safety needs before any service begins. PatPaw is not a veterinary, emergency, insurance, or escrow service.
User conduct
You must use PatPaw respectfully and lawfully. Do not post false information, harass other users, misuse photos, spam messages, or arrange unsafe care.
Bookings and cancellations
Booking requests, applications, confirmations, and cancellations are managed in the app. Users should communicate clearly and honor agreed arrangements whenever possible.
Content
You are responsible for the information, photos, listings, and messages you provide. By adding content to PatPaw, you allow us to display it as needed to operate the service.
Account deletion
You may delete your account from Edit Profile. Deletion is permanent and removes your account and related active platform data.
