Last updated: June 7, 2026. PatPaw is a Singapore pet care platform connecting pet owners and carers.
Information we collect
PatPaw collects account information such as your name, email address, phone number, profile photo, district, pet details, care requests, service listings, bookings, and messages you send through the app.
How we use information
We use this information to operate the platform, show care requests and service profiles, support messaging between pet owners and carers, manage bookings, prevent abuse, and improve the service.
Photos and uploads
Profile and pet photos are stored so they can be shown in your account, listings, conversations, and booking details. You should only upload photos you have permission to use.
Service providers
We use trusted infrastructure providers to operate PatPaw, including Neon for database hosting, Vercel Blob for uploaded photos, Vercel hosting, Vercel Analytics for basic product analytics, and authentication services used to keep accounts signed in securely.
Sharing
We show relevant profile, pet, service, request, booking, and message information to other PatPaw users when needed to arrange pet care. We do not sell your personal information.
Retention
We keep account, booking, message, pet, and service information while your account is active or as needed to operate PatPaw, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Some records may remain briefly in backups, logs, or moderation records after deletion when required for security or legal reasons.
Account deletion
You can delete your account from Edit Profile. Deleting your account permanently removes your profile and associated pets, posts, services, bookings, and related messages from active use, except information we are legally required or permitted to retain.
Your choices
You can update your profile information in the app, remove uploaded photos, block or report users, or contact support to ask privacy questions. You may also delete your account from the Edit Profile screen.
